Signed hardcovers will only be available during pre-order period.

Paperbacks are scheduled to arrive on December 16th and hardcovers will not arrive until January 14th due to holiday manufacturing and shipping times. Unfortunately, because of this window, I cannot guarantee these will arrive before Christmas day. As soon as I receive them, they will be signed and packaged. The pre-order will stay open until they are delivered.
